Ready to join a volunteer with Roots-Leaves Volunteer Laos? It's really easy! Here is an overview of the application process.
Choose a Project and Submit Application
Applying does not commit you to a place yet, it helps us to get to know you and provide you with more information on the project and check if it's the best match for you. Complete and submit our online application form with the details of your chosen program and possible dates.
Receive Volunteering Information
Within 48 hours (2 working days), Roots-Leaves Volunteer Laos will send you an email confirming that RLV has received your application. The communication manager will acknowledge your application and answer any questions you have. After that we will confirm the project and dates of your program.
Book Your Place
Once we receive your confirmation, we will can book your place and provide you with all the information and support you need to prepare for your upcoming volunteer program and then you can book flights. Once you book your flight, we ask you to send us your flight details.
Receive Welcome Pack!
After everything is confirmed, we will send your Welcome Pack which includes all the placement details including addresses, contact info, project details, local customs, dress code, invoice and much more!
Payment
We do not have a difficult process for the payment. You can make a full payment in advance via a bank transfer to our account or you can make full payment after your arrival in Laos.
