VOLUNTEER IN LAOS

About us

Roots & Leaves Volunteer Laos is a locally managed, non-profit volunteer program established and operated by English Club Laos in the heart of Luang Prabang. We connect international volunteers with our local English learning community, helping create more opportunities for students and young people through education. Our classrooms are located within the peaceful grounds of a temple, but we operate as an independent, inclusive community learning center open to people of all backgrounds. Students, community members and monks are welcome to take part in our educational activities.

Beyond English education, we promote cultural exchange, mutual understanding and community development. Volunteers have the opportunity to experience Lao culture, connect with the local community and make a meaningful contribution to education.

Join us in Luang Prabang and help inspire learning, build connections and create opportunities for the next generation.
